Total Tranquillity at our CAMC CL Site Near to Saxmundham

Experience the picturesque solitude of our 5-site Saxmundham Caravan Park. Backed by fields and surrounded by mature trees, access to the site is via a private drive adjacent to the pub. The pitches are suitable for twin-axle caravans and similar-sized motorhomes.

If you’d like a bite to eat in our pub, we strongly advise booking a table.

Pitches

Our facilities are basic but adequate and include:

 

  • Hard standing
  • 16 amp electric hookup
  • Drinking water
  • Chemical waste point
  • Waste disposal
  • Recycling

The site doesn’t have toilets or showers, but members can use the toilets located inside the pub during opening hours. Our typical opening hours are from 12-3 pm and 6 -10 pm. We are closed on Monday and Tuesday lunchtimes & Monday and Sunday Evenings.

There is no emptying point for motorhomes, a fresh water feed reaches the pub car park for those needing to fill tanks.

Dogs are most welcome but must be kept on leads at all times. There are many country walks from the site, and we can provide maps. Peasenhall village is less than a fifteen-minute walk from the site, where you can find a post office/general store, a deli and a tearoom.

Only members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club are eligible to use our Saxmundham Caravan Park, and pitches must be booked in advance. The site is open all year, please note the pub is closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We currently charge £22 per night (deposit may be required), inclusive of electricity and any awnings. Time to roll off is 12 noon, arrive any time after 12 noon.
