AA 2 Rosettes are presented to excellent eateries that achieve higher standards and better consistency. A greater precision is apparent in the cooking, and there is an obvious attention to the quality of ingredients.

Fewer than 5% of UK pubs/restaurants/hotels receive AA 2 Rosettes.

Inspections are unannounced and take place each year by qualified food inspectors.

First introduced in 1955, the AA Rosette scheme has been running for over 70 years.
